Brand
More then ten years now, Sacrifice has been paving the way in the stunt scooter scene, innovating and creating. They claim they set the trend and don’t follow. Their roots can be found in pro level action sports and especially the BMX scene. This Australian brand works tirelessly through ever evolving product development and tests their product on their pro riders. Sacrifice even have their own pro team, a team carefully selected with exclusive riders from around the globe.
Design
Sacrifice promote this scooter as the ultralight option for full grown scooter riders. Is that actually the case? We’ve had the pleasure to review other Sacrifice products and even privately owned a predecessor to the 115. So in that retrospective we can tell you that Sacrifice supplies a wider and longer deck thus making it very comfortable for indeed full grown people who are into the freestyling hobby. And not to forget the wider Bennis Alloy handlebar. It is a true joy to hold and embrace. So their promotion is true, the Flyte is really a stunt scooter build for adults who love to stunt around. A big thumbs up there for Sacrifice.
Again one of the higher end scooters on the market uses a rainbow type of finish. And how do we love that finish, we can’t keep our eyes from it. This scooter is a looker! Also we would love to salute the Cyborg fork and the Nutron 2-bolt collar clamp. Both make for an awesome smooth and silky ride. We almost forgot the wheels there, man how they contribute to a great ride. Again big thumbs up for the quality of the materials used by Sacrifice.
Unfortunately there is small downside. Our headset came loose after some heavy wear and tear and we do regret this. Especially with a high end scooter like this one. So if you purchase this beauty be sure to check all screws and bolts and tighten them where necessary.
Flyte isn’t quite a name that sticks and adding maths to it (the 115) makes it even more dreadful but luckily that isn’t the case with the stunt scooter itself. We cannot deny the fact that Sacrifice made a smooth and sturdy higher end stunt scooter. And the looks on this thing, amazing. The Flyte 115 is a great stunt scooter for even greater people.
